Johnny Football? Try Coach Football.

The former Cleveland Browns quarterback has been hoping an NFL team will give him a chance to get back on the field, but if that doesn't happen, Johnny Manziel could be picking up a whistle and heading to the sidelines.

"I'd do something involved with sports. I can't get away from it," Manziel said at the International Football Betting Conference when asked what he would do if the NFL door is shut, according to ESPN. "I've had to ask myself that a little bit as of late over the past year, but at the same time I'd want to be involved in sports in some way, whether it's coaching, whether it's doing something like that. So I think that'd be my route."

Manziel said he would prefer to coach at a college level when asked. The 24-year-old got a taste of coaching at an Elite 11 quarterback camp in February.

The NFL has yet to give Manziel an opportunity to make up for the mistakes he made in his brief pro career. He admitted he's looked into a move to the Canadian Football League, but still holds out hope for the NFL.
