Ahead of their return to Los Angeles, the Chargers invited one of the city's most iconic figures to training camp.
Kobe Bryant showed up during the first day of meetings, delivering a speech to an awestruck group. Bryant has actively attended numerous sporting events since retiring from the NBA after the 2015-16 season, and there are few better figures to inspire a culture of winning than the Lakers legend.
With Bryant and the rest of the city anticipating their every move, the Chargers face a big task in trying to avoid the AFC West basement once again.
