Carolina Panthers star tight end Greg Olsen has yet to decide how he'll proceed with his grievance over his current contract, his agent, Drew Rosenhaus, told Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk on Friday.

Rosenhaus said his client is still undecided about whether to hold out from training camp in order to push the Panthers to rework his deal, which has two years worth a total of $13 million remaining.

Olsen expressed unhappiness with his current deal in late June, arguing that after producing three 1,000-yard seasons he should be paid among the elite of the position. He was noncommittal when asked if would stay away from the team to leverage a deal.

If Olsen does hold out, he'd be subject to a $40,000 fine for every day he misses. The Panthers report to camp July 25, so time is running out to make a decision.
