Cyborg trades barbs with WWE's Becky Lynch
The WWE and the UFC could be a match made in heaven.
On Tuesday, WWE executive Triple H tweeted out an invitation to Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor to add "Monday Night RAW" to their promotional tour dates ahead of their boxing match on Aug. 26.
McGregor's fellow UFC star Cris Cyborg apparently wants in on the action. She responded to Triple H's message with a warning to "Smackdown" women's wrestler Becky Lynch, warning that between her and McGregor, there could be two Irish athletes headed for a fall soon:
If you are smart @TripleH you Don't let @BeckyLynchWWE anywhere near the ring with me! Ireland can't handle another star losing this summer https://t.co/4qdPM1ado4

Lynch responded on Wednesday with a biting remark, referencing UFC president Dana White's rocky relationship with Cyborg:
Are you sure Dana would let you? Seeing as he doesn't seem to let you do much else? https://t.co/M5cDwnbGXx

There isn't much history between Cyborg and Lynch, so it's unclear whether there's genuine animosity here or if this is just some good-natured ribbing. Lynch is known for being a huge fan of MMA and she is currently in a relationship with UFC bantamweight Luke Sanders.
