The Los Angeles Lakers appear to be nearing a decision on who they'll pick with the No. 2 selection in this week's draft.

After mulling the decision over the past 48 hours, the Lakers have moved "closer and closer" to choosing former UCLA standout Lonzo Ball with the second overall pick, sources told ESPN's Chad Ford.

After reportedly underwhelming the Lakers during his first workout with Los Angeles, Ball had a "solid" second workout with the team on Friday, and is now the heavy favorite to land with the purple and gold. The 19-year-old was able to go through his normal workout routine, and had the opportunity to sit down with Lakers president Magic Johnson and general manager Rob Pelinka.

The Lakers have reportedly also expressed interest in taking De'Aaron Fox and Josh Jackson with the pick.
