Kings' Marian Gaborik: Exposed for expansion draft

Analysis:

If you rake in a $4.875 million salary, you're usually expected to also rack up more than 21 points in 56 games. Of course, injuries have been a problem for the 35-year-old, but this decision was at the very least, an easy one. Vegas doesn't have many other talented, reasonably priced options from Los Angeles, so there is a high possibility of a deal with future draft picks happening before the expansion draft takes place.
