Holm's agent: We'll wait for title shot at 135 or 145 pounds

Holly Holm wants another shot at championship gold.

Following her impressive head-kick knockout of Bethe Correia in the main event of UFC Fight Night 111 on Saturday, Holm's agent Lenny Fresquez told MMA Fighting's Ariel Helwani that his client is going to wait for a title shot and it doesn't matter which division it's in.

"We're gonna wait for our rightful title fight," Fresquez said, according to Helwani. "At 135 or 145, we'll take either one."

Holm became a champion at 135 pounds when she knocked out Ronda Rousey at UFC 193 in November 2015, only to lose the belt in her first defense when she was submitted by Miesha Tate at UFC 196.

Following a loss to Valentina Shevchenko, her second in a row, Holm somehow found herself in a bout to crown the inaugural women's featherweight champion at UFC 208 opposite Germaine de Randamie. Holm lost a controversial decision and it looked like she was out of the title picture for good.

A win over Correia brings Holm some currency with the UFC, though it remains to be seen if it's enough to convince them that she deserves another title fight in the near future.
