Tiger Woods told the officers who arrested him in May on suspicion of DUI that he was taking Xanax, according to the Jupiter Police Department's unredacted incident report, which was released to the Golf Channel on Friday.

The 14-time major champion blew 0.000 on two Breathalyzer tests, but failed several field sobriety tests, and later said in a statement that he'd experienced an "unexpected reaction to prescribed medications."

When Woods arrived at the testing facility, he told officers he had taken four different types of medication, including Vicodin, but didn't list Xanax, which is commonly used to treat anxiety disorders.
