Angela Magana intends to take her beef with Cris Cyborg to new heights.

Cyborg struck the strawweight during an altercation at the UFC's athletes retreat in Las Vegas last week. After the Brazilian was cited for misdemeanor battery, TMZ Sports asked Magana if she intended to sue the featherweight. The 33-year-old didn't mince words, revealing she's retained a lawyer and intends to seek compensation for the bills she says she's incurred from her injuries.

"Of course, most definitely. I have medical bills, I'm not gonna pay those," Magana said Thursday.

Magana indicated the authorities are looking into bringing Cyborg up on felony charges before she issued an ominous parting shot to her newfound nemesis.

"I have another interview on the phone again with the (district attorney) this afternoon. I've been in talks with them, and they are gonna be pressing felony assault charges ... I'm pretty sure that's what they're talking to me again about today.

"You fucked up, big time. You can't do what you did, and now I'm gonna get you as hard as I can get you," Magana said.

Cyborg allegedly confronted Magana at the retreat over some disparaging tweets and capped the altercation with a punch. A doctor later diagnosed Magana with an acute head injury, a cervical strain, and a lip laceration.

As it stands right now, Cyborg could face up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.
