Following a rough week in the field that saw Kevin Kiermaier commit a trio of errors in one series, the Tampa Bay Rays center fielder was back to his Platinum Glove-winning self Wednesday.
With the Rays leading the Cleveland Indians 7-4 with two outs in the ninth inning, Jason Kipnis appeared to have hit a solo homer, but Kiermaier had other ideas.
The two-time Gold Glove winner tracked the ball to the wall and timed his leap perfectly to make the game-ending catch.
