Draymond unimpressed by Jazz fans: 'They talk too much'
One thing's for sure: Draymond Green and Jazz fans aren't too fond of each other.
The Golden State Warriors forward ripped into the Utah faithful ahead of Monday's Game 4, saying he was expecting a better crowd in Saturday's matchup.
"I thought they would be louder than they were," Draymond said on his "Dray Day" podcast. "It didn't get as loud in there as I thought it would. It was OK. Their fans talk a little too much ... shut up. No, I wasn't really feeling their fans.
"They don't make sense," he added. "Some guy kept telling me to shoot the ball. Do you not realize I'm shooting 55 percent from three this series? Why would you want me shooting the basketball when I'm shooting that great?"
While Green didn't have his best offensive performance in Game 3, he fully expects to bounce back on Monday, and will be sure to give the Utah crowd an earful if he does.
"Now of course I missed a few last night and like, whatever. I'm gonna shoot the piss out of it tomorrow, so that's cool," Green said. "Their fans just weren't very smart. They talk too much. Shut up."
Draymond had a little bit of fun with the Vivint Smart Home Arena faithful on Saturday, trolling fans as he made his way to the bench after earning a technical in the second quarter.
