Luke Perry, a 14-year-old at Cornersville Middle School in Tennessee, lost his right arm to an infection when he was an infant. He's now one of the top players on his school's baseball team.
"I don't even think about it," the catcher told The Tennessean's Tom Kreager of what it's like to play without his right arm. "Fans tell me, 'You're an inspiration.' They want me to go a long ways."
He's also caught the attention of opposing coaches. Eagleville High School baseball coach Travis Holland tweeted this after watching Perry play recently:
Big shout out to cornersville's middle school catcher. With the use of one arm, this guy is getting it done. What a stud. pic.twitter.com/4rhPycFGyY
