Daniel Cormier isn't waiting around for Jon Jones to make up his mind.

The reigning light heavyweight champion took to Instagram on Tuesday to announce he'll be defending his title at UFC 214 on July 29 in Anaheim, Calif., and wrote that his opponent will be either "Bones" or Jimi Manuwa:

The post comes a day after UFC president Dana White said he's leaving it up to Jones to figure out whether he wants to face Cormier at UFC 214 or take a tune-up fight. Jones hasn't competed since last April and is serving a USADA suspension that ends in July.

Cormier had words for both Jones and Manuwa following his most recent successful title defense against Anthony Johnson at UFC 210, telling Jones to get his life sorted out before looking for a fight and Manuwa to wait his turn. He and Manuwa recently exchanged barbs on Twitter, leaving open the possibility that the British fighter could jump to the front of the contenders' line.

The UFC hasn't officially announced any fights for the July 29 card, but it appears Cormier is confident he'll be defending his title on that date.
