Sidney Crosby has reached the 1,000-point mark.
The Pittsburgh Penguins center assisted on a first-period goal by Chris Kunitz against Connor Hellebuyck of the Winnipeg Jets.

Crosby is the 86th player in NHL history to reach the milestone and the fastest active player to do it, in six fewer games than Jaromir Jagr.
