Did Patriots superfan Mark Wahlberg walk out before epic comeback?
What's worse than seeing your team getting blown out on football's biggest stage?
How about walking out midgame before that near and dear team mounts the biggest comeback in Super Bowl history?
Movie star Mark Wahlberg may have done just that before his beloved New England Patriots erased a 25-point second-half deficit to take down the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday night.
In fairness, there's a non-zero chance Wahlberg was simply heading for the sidelines before the game ended. Considering he's watched games from the luxury suite alongside owner Robert Kraft, maybe he had the freedom to head out there in the second half.
And it's also possible he simply had to leave the game for reasons unknown.
But if Wahlberg indeed headed for the exits because his team was down, as the video seems to suggest ... oops.
New England forced overtime with 25 unanswered points to tie the game at 28, and an eight-play, 75-yard touchdown drive on the first possession of overtime locked up the organization's fifth Lombardi Trophy.
