Pat Tillman's widow 'saddened' by Trump's immigration ban

Marie Tillman, the widow of former Arizona Cardinals safety and Army Ranger Pat Tillman, is far from impressed with Donald Trump's immigration ban keeping citizens of seven Muslin-majority countries from entering the United States.

In a message posted to Facebook on Saturday, Marie stated that she is "saddened" by Trump's 90-day ban and that executive orders like this are not what her husband "served for and not what he died for."

Pat walked away from his NFL career at 25 to join the Army eight months after the 9/11 attacks. He was killed by friendly fire while serving in Afghanistan on April 22, 2004. After his death, Marie started the "Pat Tillman Foundation" which provides scholarships to military members and their families.
