Islanders' Seidenberg injures Oilers' Puljujarvi with knee-on-knee hit

This won't make Dennis Seidenberg a popular man in Edmonton.
The New York Islanders defenseman caught Oilers rookie Jesse Puljujarvi with a knee-on-knee hit midway through the opening period Saturday night.
Puljujarvi left the game and was ruled out for the remainder shortly thereafter.
Coach McLellan says @Jpuljujarvi "is sore" & the injury is "more charley horse". He's unsure of the rookie's status for Detroit.

The 18-year-old posted three points in his first nine NHL games prior to Saturday's contest. He was selected fourth overall by the Oilers in June's draft.
