Jets' Pryor says girlfriend wouldn't let him date a bunch of ladies on TV
New York Jets safety Calvin Pryor likes the ladies.
The 24-year-old says he was approached about appearing on a "bachelor-themed" reality TV show and was all for it, despite having a girlfriend.
The show was set to feature Pryor and a handful of women vying for his love - a prospect his girlfriend actually had to shoot down out loud.
"She cut me off before I could explain the details," Pryor said, according to Connor Hughes of NJ.com. "I really didn't know if I could just do it for fun, or if it would have to be a serious thing. Once I asked my girlfriend, and she said no, that ended that."
Pryor was disappointed by the reaction.
"I thought it was a very cool idea with being on TV, the brand, and everything like that," he said. "It would have been fun to take all of them on dates."
