Northwestern's Matthew Harris stretchered off after helmet-to-helmet collision

It was a scary moment at Beaver Stadium when Penn State quarterback Christian Hackenberg collided helmet to helmet with Northwestern's Matthew Harris.
Harris lay motionless on the ground for several minutes after the hit, sucking the noise and emotion out of the stadium.
He managed to give a thumbs up as he was carted off the field in front of his teammates, who raised their helmets in respect, as the stadium erupted in applause.
Harris has been taken to hospital for precautionary reasons, according to to CBS Sports.
