Missouri has re-signed quarterback Austin Simmons for the 2027 season, sources told ESPN's Pete Thamel.

The contract still allows Simmons to potentially explore entering the 2027 draft after the campaign, Thamel adds.

Simmons, 20, is considered one of the top quarterbacks in all of college football and has led Missouri to a 6-2 record so far this season.

More to come.
