Five-star defensive lineman Justus Terry announced Friday that he's committed to Texas.
Terry is the No. 7-ranked prospect in the 2025 class, according to ESPN 300. He's the second-highest-rated recruit at his position and the third-highest-ranked player in the state of Georgia. Terry chose the Longhorns over Georgia, Auburn, and Alabama.
The 6-foot-5, 270-pound defensive lineman initially committed to Georgia in 2023 but flipped his decision to USC in March. He then decommited from the Trojans and went back on the market.
The Manchester High School product racked up 74 tackles and 13 sacks during the 2023-2024 season.
Terry is the second five-star recruit Texas has added to its 2025 class, joining Jonah Williams.
