Oregon's Nix starts vs. Utah

Oregon quarterback Bo Nix received the start in Saturday's matchup with Utah despite dealing with an ankle injury.
After transferring from Auburn ahead of the season, Nix has produced the best campaign of his college career. He's thrown for a career-high 24 touchdowns and 2,775 yards while adding 512 yards and 14 scores on the ground.
Redshirt freshman Ty Thompson, who has yet to start a game, reportedly received significant reps in practice this week with Nix's status uncertain coming into the contest.
Both Oregon and Utah enter the game with an 8-2 record.
