Ohio State wide receiver Garrett Wilson announced Monday he's declaring for the 2022 NFL Draft after three collegiate seasons.

The native of Austin, Texas, is projected to be one of the top wide receivers in the upcoming draft.

Wilson posted 1,058 yards and 12 touchdowns in 2021, ranking second on the Buckeyes in both categories. He trailed Jaxon Smith-Njigba in receiving yards and Chris Olave in receiving touchdowns.

Wilson arrived in Columbus as a prized recruit in 2019. He immediately made an impact with 432 yards and five touchdowns as a freshman before blossoming into a star as a sophomore in 2020.

Ohio State is preparing to face Utah in the Rose Bowl on New Year's Day.
