USC wide receiver Drake London will miss the rest of the season with a fractured ankle, interim head coach Donte Williams said Sunday, according to Ryan Abraham of USCFootball.com.

London ranks third in the nation with 1,084 receiving yards and is one of the top wideouts eligible for the 2022 NFL Draft.

The star junior suffered the injury Saturday while being tackled on his second touchdown grab of the night. USC defeated Arizona with London watching the second half from the sideline with crutches and a cast.

London was on track to challenge for the Fred Biletnikoff Award as the top receiver in the country prior to the season-ending injury. He had 130 yards or more in six of his first seven games, and was on pace to again surpass that figure against Arizona.

With the NFL draft potentially awaiting, London may have played his final game for the Trojans. The Moorpark, California, native had 567 yards and five touchdowns as a freshman, and 502 yards and three scores as a sophomore before his breakout junior campaign.

USC will forge ahead without their top pass-catcher, finishing its schedule with games against Arizona State, Cal, UCLA, and BYU.
