Buy - Oklahoma (+800)

The Big 12 was up for grabs this past season before Oklahoma reminded everyone of who the cream of the crop was. You may as well pencil in the Sooners for the conference title again in 2021.

Oklahoma will again be in a class of its own behind quarterback Spencer Rattler, who's already the Heisman favorite. The Sooners were propelled by a slew of underclassmen and still finished No. 6 in the nation in scoring margin (plus-18.6).

Head coach Lincoln Riley will be punching a ticket back to the playoff right around this time next year.

Buy - Oregon (+4000)

It would be nice if a Pac-12 team could make the playoff. The conference hasn't been represented since the 2016-17 season, but don't let the trends trip you up: Oregon is a nice number grab at 40-1.

The Ducks were the youngest team in the country in 2020, as 73.6% of their roster was comprised of underclassmen. Still, they overcame a multitude of opt-outs and won the Pac-12 title.

Oregon has recorded a top-11 recruiting class in three straight cycles. If everything comes together for the program, watch out.

Sell - Texas (+3300)

I dislike Texas in 2021 as much as I like Oklahoma.

What exactly is the ceiling for the Longhorns? They graded out pretty well this past season, finishing No. 14 nationally in scoring margin (plus-14.2) and No. 15 in overall SP+ rankings, yet they still dropped three games. They finished plus-10 in turnover margin, so good luck getting that same type of fortune. Plus, they parted ways with a four-year starter under center, a potential first-round pick on the offensive line, and their head coach.

The Longhorns play Arkansas on the road in Week 2 then have a three-game road stand against Baylor, Iowa State, and TCU shortly after. And that doesn't include their games against Oklahoma, West Virginia, and Oklahoma State.

Sell - Auburn (+5000)

Relying on Bo Nix to do anything successfully is a chore. The sophomore quarterback was primed for a big season after showing flashes in 2019 but flopped; he posted just 2,415 yards and 12 touchdowns against seven picks as Auburn went 6-5.

Getting 50-1 on a team playing in the best conference in football is appealing, but the Tigers won't have the record to get there in 2021. They go on the road to Penn State, LSU, and Texas A&M and have home games against Georgia and Alabama.

This is an easy pass.
