If you want to integrate some betting trends into your college football handicapping for this weekend, look no further.

Here are the best nuggets for the Week 3 slate.

Bet Miami unders when getting points on the road

Miami's offense finally has some juice with Houston transfer and quarterback D'Eriq King running the show. The Hurricanes will go over the total plenty this season, but Week 3 at Louisville might not be the best spot.

Miami is on a perfect 6-0 run to the under as a road 'dog - fitting considering that head man Manny Diaz is a defensive-minded coach. Hit this total, which opened up 60.5 and climbed to 64.5.

Trend play: Under 64.5

Fade Pitt's offense after scoring 40-plus

Pitt head coach Pat Narduzzi seems to call off the dogs a week after an offensive explosion. The Panthers have hit five straight unders after they've topped 40 points, as they did in a 55-0 blowout over Austin Peay last Saturday. They can make it six in a row against a Syracuse offense that's been flat-out awful over the last year and change.

The Orange will do their part and help with the under here. They've cashed 12 of the last 16 in September and eight of the last 10 on grass.

Trend play: Under 50.5

Back Navy after a big loss

How will Navy respond to getting its doors blown off by BYU in Week 1? Historically, head coach Ken Niumatalolo has fared well in this spot. He and the Midshipmen are 10-1-1 against the spread following a loss by 20 points or more. Niumatalolo and Co. are also 5-1 ATS the last six conference games and 4-0-1 ATS the last five following an outright loss.

Look for the Midshipmen to take care of business against a Tulane club that struggled with South Alabama a week ago.

Trend play: Navy +7

Play Tulsa under the total out of conference

Bettors have hammered the Tulsa-Oklahoma State over, which opened at 62 and soared to 66. While this looks like a fun matchup on paper, Tulsa's spoiled some totals when playing out of conference: The program has cashed seven straight unders against non-AAC teams, with those games averaging a meager 44.6 points per contest.

These two programs have also played four straight unders in their head-to-head series.

Trend play: Under 66

Marshall trending over vs. non-Conference USA teams

While Tulsa has played a string of unders out of conference, the same can't be said for Marshall. The Thundering Herd have been over machines against non-Conference USA teams, cashing 22 of the last 28.

The Herd put up 59 points on 627 yards in the opener, albeit against Eastern Kentucky. They can stay hot here and check the box on another over against Appalachian State, which has hit seven of the last eight overs played in September.

Trend play: Over 59.5
