Roche is the second marquee graduate transfer to pick the Hurricanes in recent days, as former Houston quarterback D'Eriq King also chose to join The U.
Roche posted 26 sacks over three seasons at Temple, including 13 in his banner 2019 campaign. He and Gregory Rousseau, who's coming off a 15.5-sack campaign for the Hurricanes, are expected to give Miami one of the top pass-rushing tandems in the nation next season.
Miami ranked 13th in the FBS in total defense in 2019, but struggles on the opposite side of the ball led to a disappointing 6-7 record.
