Georgia running back D'Andre Swift will forgo his final season of eligibility and declare for the 2020 NFL Draft, he announced Friday.
Swift could be the first running back selected in April and is projected to be picked in the opening round.
The star tailback reportedly made his decision in December but insisted he wouldn't make the final call until after the Bulldogs' Sugar Bowl matchup.

The dynamic rusher averaged 6.2 yards per carry this year en route to his second career 1,000-yard season.
