Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown showed continued support for his alma mater this week by gifting six heated Dragon Seats benches to the Central Michigan football team.

CMU announced the donation Friday. The benches, which are the same ones used by the NFL, are valued at $105,000.

"With Coach (Jim) McElwain taking over the program, I wanted to do something that would help the players perform at their best," Brown said in a statement. "These benches really help me stay loose and ready to perform no matter the conditions and I am excited to see how they help current and future Chippewas succeed. CMU will always be a special place for me and I am happy to be able to give back."

Brown played for the Chippewas from 2007 to 2009, winning two MAC championships and earning All-MAC honors in each of his three seasons. He finished his CMU career with a school-record 305 receptions for 3,199 yards and 22 touchdowns.
