Alabama's Deionte Thompson declares for NFL draft

Alabama safety Deionte Thompson announced on Sunday he'll forgo his senior campaign and declare for the 2019 NFL Draft.
The Orange, Texas native is a potential first-round pick.

Thompson posted 78 tackles, three forced fumbles, two interceptions, and six pass breakups for the Crimson Tide in 2018.
