Lawrence named offensive MVP, Mullen defensive MVP of CFP title game

Clemson quarterback Trevor Lawrence was named the Offensive MVP of the 2018 College Football Playoff National Championship after his dazzling performance in a 44-16 rout of Alabama.
The 19-year-old true freshman threw for 347 yards and three touchdowns to lead the Tigers to the first 15-0 season in college football history.
Cornerback Trayvon Mullen won Defensive MVP of the game for recording six tackles, a sack, and an interception in the title game.
