Meyer has dealt with a history of health issues. He retired from coaching after suffering from chest pains during the SEC championship game in 2009 when he was with Florida. He also had an arachnoid cyst on his head drained in 2014.
Meyer said Saturday's episode was nothing more than a headache.
"I've dealt with headaches in the past. Just dealing with a headache," he said in his post-game press conference.
Ohio State defeated Indiana 49-26.
