LeBron's lawyers take issue with Nick Saban's barbershop video
Attorneys for LeBron James' "Uninterrupted" media platform sent a letter to the University of Alabama over a social media video featuring head football coach Nick Saban, according to ESPN's Dave McMenamin.
The Alabama video features Saban having a casual conversation with former Crimson Tide players, including Atlanta Falcons star Julio Jones, in a barbershop. It's similar in production to James' series "The Shop," where he holds court while getting his hair cut.
"Your continued exploitation of 'Shop Talk' infringes 'Uninterrupted's' copyright, trademark rights and other valuable intellectual property rights in 'The Shop' and significantly damages 'Uninterrupted's' commercial prospects for 'The Shop,'" the letter reads, according to McMenamin.
