Saquon Barkley reclaims top spot in Heisman odds after monster performance

The Westgate Las Vegas SuperBook released its updated Heisman Trophy odds Sunday, and a familiar leader has distanced himself from the pack.
An explosive performance against Michigan last weekend was enough to push Saquon Barkley back into the spot of odds-on favorite, with 4-7 odds of taking home college football's highest individual honor.
Player | Opening Odds | Current Odds |
---|---|---|
Saquon Barkley | 20-1 | 4-7 |
Bryce Love | 100-1 | 2-1 |
J.T. Barrett | 10-1 | 10-1 |
Baker Mayfield | 7-1 | 10-1 |
Mason Rudolph | 15-1 | 20-1 |
Lamar Jackson | 8-1 | 25-1 |
Josh Adams | 40-1 | 40-1 |
Jalen Hurts | 20-1 | 50-1 |
Stanford running back Bryce Love is still very much in the mix at 2-1, while pivots J.T. Barrett and Baker Mayfield each sit at 10-1 in third and fourth place, respectively.
Preseason favorite Sam Darnold continued to recede from the national spotlight, as his odds ballooned to 100-1 after USC got pulverized by Notre Dame on Saturday.
