Report: Indiana retaining Woodson despite poor season

Indiana will keep head coach Mike Woodson on the sidelines next season, sources told The Indianapolis Star's Zach Osterman.
The report comes amid rumors surrounding Woodson's future with the program, as the Hoosiers near the conclusion of a disappointing campaign.
Indiana is 16-13 on the year and 8-10 in Big Ten play. The team would need to win both remaining conference games to avoid falling below .500 in league contests for the second time in Woodson's three seasons
The Hoosiers had previously earned a March Madness bid in both years under Woodson but would need to win the Big Ten Tournament this year to play in the Big Dance.
Before coaching at his alma mater, Woodson was the head coach of the NBA's Atlanta Hawks and New York Knicks.
