Drake invites Calipari, Kentucky over during Toronto-based tournament
Kentucky's men's basketball team was given the royal treatment during their off-day during the GLOBL JAM tournament in Toronto, getting an invite to Drake's house on Friday.

Drake is a noted fan of the Wildcats, who are representing the United States in the Under-23 tournament at the Mattamy Athletic Centre. He even warmed up with the team in 2014, though it infamously didn't go well.

Luckily, the actual Kentucky roster operates at a much higher standard. A freshman-based group, led by top recruits D.J. Wagner Jr., Justin Edwards, and Robert Dillingham, is 2-0 with one round-robin game remaining in the preseason competition.
Because the tournament isn't over, the Wildcats still had business to take care of on Friday.

With such a warm welcome from one of Canada's biggest celebrities, it's no wonder that head coach John Calipari told theScore that Toronto is one of his "favourite cities."
