Highly sought-after transfer Marcus Carr will play at Texas next season, he announced Saturday.
Carr averaged 19.4 points, 4.9 assists, four rebounds, and 1.3 steals per game as a redshirt junior at Minnesota last season, his second campaign with the Golden Gophers. The Canadian started his collegiate career at Pitt in 2017.
The 6-foot-2 combo guard briefly tested the waters of turning pro but elected to withdraw from the 2021 NBA Draft.
