Top 2020 prospect Isaiah Todd has decommitted from Michigan and will instead turn pro, he told Sports Illustrated's Jason Jordan.
"My dream has always been to play in the NBA," the 18-year-old said. "I just feel like this route will help my game grow even more. I want to be as prepared as possible when the times comes. This was a no-brainer for me."
Todd will likely need to sign with a team overseas and follow in the footsteps of players such as RJ Hampton, as he's ineligible for this year's NBA draft. He originally committed to Michigan in October.
The 6-foot-9 forward was ranked 13th in the 2020 ESPN 100.
