Odds: Duke remains title favorite ahead of Sweet 16

After surviving a scare against UCF, Duke is still considered the favorite to win the 2019 NCAA Tournament heading into the Sweet 16, according to Westgate Las Vegas Superbook.

Odds released Monday have the Blue Devils - who were also favored coming into the tournament - at 3-1 to hoist the hardware on April 8 in Minneapolis. Westgate lists Gonzaga second at 4-1, with Virginia next at 9-2.

Meanwhile, the Sweet 16 long shots to win the title are Oregon and LSU, both of which are pegged at 50-1.

Duke will face ACC rival Virginia Tech in the Sweet 16 on Friday in Washington, D.C.
