LaVar Ball is anticipating a lot of interest in his youngest son LaMelo at the college level.
LaMelo, who re-enrolled in high school last month at Ohio's SPIRE Institute, has expressed interest in playing for a major program like North Carolina, Duke, Kentucky, Kansas, or Michigan State. LaVar told Andrew Joseph of For The Win he expects LaMelo to have plenty of suitors.
"There's gonna be a lot of schools trying to reach out," LaVar said. "Look at all these people here. You never heard of SPIRE till my boy got there. So now guess what? He's got his choice of schools."
However, LaVar also said he's not worried about the future right now and is letting LaMelo "enjoy his high school experience."
