Luke Hancock and his former Louisville teammates are expected to announce they are suing the NCAA, reports Justin Sayers of the Louisville Courier Journal.

Hancock, along with a number of former players, is expected to announce on Wednesday morning a suit "pertaining to (the NCAA's) vacating of Louisville's 2012 and 2013 men's basketball seasons, including its 2013 championship," according to Sayers.

The lawsuit comes on the heels of a players reunion to celebrate the five-year anniversary of the 2013 title - a championship Louisville has been stripped of by the NCAA as punishment for the school's dorm room escort scandal.

In April, the ruling was upheld by the NCAA Appeals Committee.
