Lithuanian coach wants 'little chipmunk' LaMelo to stop shooting 40-footers
LaMelo Ball appears to be causing some headaches for his coach in the LKL.
Virginijus Seskus, head coach of Vytautas, aired his grievances with the 16-year-old - while also revealing the teenager's interesting new nickname - during an interview with a Lithuanian television station.
"When I watch them in practices, they stand out, especially the little one. You can't control that little chipmunk," Seskus said, as transcribed by Josh Martin of USA Today Sports. "You say: 'Don't shoot 40-footers.' Next thing you know, he's shooting 40-footers.
"He's used to doing that stuff. They're not used to training hard. You need to make them give 100 percent in practices."

Seskus added that once the Big Baller Brand Challenge Games end, LaMelo and brother LiAngelo will "see that we're a serious team. They will need to stop playing around."
