Tom Izzo really wants Dan Dakich to say sorry.
The Michigan State bench boss addressed Twitter criticism from ESPN commentator Dan Dakich after Tuesday's win over Ohio State, saying he wants an apology from Dakich for referring to Spartans fans as whiners.
Sparty thanks for the hate and the resumes but I'm out!! See you Tuesday!! #nobodywhineslikesparty

"I got no respect for him for that," Izzo said of Dakich's pointed remarks. "... I'm surprised ESPN would let somebody say something like that that works for them."
Dakich posted several tweets that put down Michigan State as an inferior institution to in-state rival Michigan.
"Danny owes our fans and our students an apology, and I probably won't get it," Izzo added.
