ESPN analyst Jay Bilas is angry with the NCAA, again.

The impact of Thursday's NBA draft was felt not only by the 60 players whose names were called, but also for the 30 undrafted underclassmen whose NCAA careers didn't end with the payoff they'd hoped for.

Bilas vented his frustrations Friday via Twitter, sending the NCAA a message pertaining to those left without a team in the wake of the draft:

As per NCAA rules, players who declare for the draft forfeit all remaining years of eligibility.
