Analysis:

Even though Zaza Pachulia (leg) was ruled out for the contest, the ascendant Salah Mejri was given the start at center and recorded a double-double (10 points, 11 boards) across 29 minutes, which prevented Dwight Powell (14 minutes) and McGee from seeing much court time. McGee's lack of usage likely also had a lot to do with the Rockets rolling out a small-ball lineup while Dwight Howard (ankle) remained sidelined.
