As Zaza Pachulia's All-Star stock continues to soar, so do the number of eyebrows raised around the world.

The 31-year-old Georgian - whose career averages of 7.2 points and 5.9 rebounds don't exactly jump off the stat sheet - has apparently done enough of the Dallas Mavericks' dirty work to garner more All-Star votes than DeMarcus Cousins, LaMarcus Aldridge, Dwight Howard, DeAndre Jordan, and teammate Dirk Nowitzki.

Musician and actor Wyclef Jean supported the Mavs big man's All-Star candidacy on Thursday in the key of G.

Although Pachulia likely won't be selected as a reserve for the annual exhibition game, he is averaging double digits in scoring (10.8) for the first time since 2006-07 and chipping in a solid 10.9 rebounds to boot.

His better-than-average 18.9 PER is the best of his 13-year career.

The only real rival to Pachulia's All-Star campaign is the one the Detroit Pistons have rolled out in support of their budding star, Andre Drummond.
