Stephen Curry re-aggravates shin injury vs. Lakers
It's probably not serious, but the Golden State Warriors weren't taking any chances with the MVP's health in a 30-point blowout.
Stephen Curry bumped his left shin against the leg of Los Angeles Lakers center Roy Hibbert in the third quarter of Tuesday's game at Staples Center.
The collision can be seen below. Curry scored the bucket with ease, but he got clipped on the drive.
Curry was visibly shaken up and limped to the bench, but he did return for the following five minutes (hitting a three and a free throw) before checking out with two minutes remaining.
Steph Curry asked to stay in the game. He told Luke Walton in the huddle: "I'm good coach, I'm good. I'm good". (TV)

And with a 32-point lead after three quarters, Curry headed to the locker room before the team announced that he would not return.
Curry missed two games last week with a shin injury. He's since put on a shinguard but that proved ineffective against Hibbert on Tuesday.
