The smallest gesture can go a long way towards making someone smile.
During Tuesday's game between the New York Knicks and Detroit Pistons at Madison Square Garden, eight-time All-Star Carmelo Anthony was sitting on the scorer's table, with a boy and presumably his father sitting behind him.
Anthony turned around to fist bump the child, which clearly delighted the young Knicks fan.
