Faried (ankle) has been ruled out Friday against the Spurs, the Denver Post's Chris Dempsey reports.
Analysis:
Fortunately Joffrey Lauvergne practiced in full Thursday, so the Nuggets may not be helplessly undermanned in the frontcourt Friday. Faried's next chance to play will be Saturday at Dallas.
