Rockets' Motiejunas unsure about status for training camp

Houston Rockets power forward Donatas Motiejunas was non-committal about being cleared to participate in training camp in the wake of his April back surgery, according to the Houston Chronicle's Jonathan Feigen.
Motiejunas underwent season-ending back surgery on April 9. He told Feigen that his current status is "week-to-week."
The seven-foot Lithuanian started 62 of his 71 games last season, averaging 12 points and just under six rebounds a game. He turns 25 this month.
Despite his injury status Motiejunas is already in Houston, where he and teammate Clint Capela spent part of their Friday visiting a local fire station.
The Rockets open training camp on Sept. 29.
